Media Specialist - SEM

Look Listen is looking for a full-time Digital Media Specialist with a passion for digital marketing. We're looking for someone with some experience managing paid search, organic search, and/or display media buying. This role will work with the Media Manager to implement campaigns and to set up, track, report on, and analyze results. This candidate will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of media campaigns.

The ideal candidate has some experience managing digital marketing efforts in SEM.  Experience in Display, Exchanges, Video, Native Advertising, Directories, Social and/or SEO is a plus. This person has a general understanding and willingness to learn how to launch, analyze and optimize media campaigns. You’re comfortable at managing your personal timelines to meet requirements and deadlines, thinks strategically—often radically in the digital space—and you have analytical skills that can help drive insights for clients across a variety of multi-channel marketing touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pull competitive reporting and provide key highlights of spend, ad copy, offers, etc.
  • Build Keyword Lists with estimated costs and develop Ad Copy
  • Upload and manage display campaigns
  • Pull Search Query Report, Quality Score and Competitive reports to determine optimizations
  • Provide Weekly and Monthly reports in company template with insights and recommendations
  • Implement approved optimizations to the account
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years experience managing search campaigns (both paid or organic) and/or planning and executing Display media buys
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
  • Must have initiative and display a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.  Should be able to work independently, without constant supervision
  • Experience analyzing and making decisions from data
  • Must have excellent communication (written & oral) skills
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with SEM Management tools such as Kenshoo & Marin are a big plus
  • Experience with 3rd-party tracking tools such as Doubleclick, Atlas, and Sizmek (MediaMind) are a big plus
